Vancouver is located in British Columbia, on the Pacific coast. It is one of North America’s major ports and the province’s largest city. It is also one of the country’s most beautiful cities. Downtown Vancouver lies at the foot of two major peaks—Hollyburn and Mount Seymour. Vancouver has 20 bridges, three of which—the Burard Bridge, the Cambie Bridge, and the Granville Bridge—are drawbridges.
