Cala Millor is the most popular resort in Mallorca

Cala Millor, located on the east coast of the island of Mallorca, gained its fame relatively recently, in the 1930s, with the construction of its first hotel. Thanks to its wonderful climate, picturesque bays, and stunning natural beauty, its appeal has rapidly grown, and today thousands of tourists come here every year for their vacation.

Cala Millor Beaches
Cala Millor boasts one wide sandy beach that stretches along the resort’s entire coastline. The beach is made of fine sand, the water is shallow, and the entry into the water is gentle, with no strong currents. The beach is public and free to use, but sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. The beach is equipped with all necessary amenities, including changing rooms, showers, and wheelchair accessible ramps. It also offers diving and windsurfing equipment rentals. There are also plenty of cafes and bars on the beach.

Cala Millor Attractions and Activities
Cala Millor boasts beautiful natural beauty, although the resort doesn’t have many attractions. Nearby is the Sa Punta de n’Amer nature reserve, and five kilometers away is a zoo safari where visitors can observe wild animals such as giraffes, zebras, and monkeys, as well as see predators in the park’s zoo.

Just a 20-minute bus ride away is the town of Son Servera, where you can visit the Church of S’Eglesia Nova, built in 1905, the main attraction of this small town. Particularly impressive is the Sa Cappella Fonda chapel, located inside the church.

Also worth seeing are the medieval towers of Son Servera, historical defensive structures that protected the area from pirates and other enemies.
