Dallas Attractions

Dallas is located in northeastern Texas (USA) on the Trinity River. Together with Fort Worth and other metropolitan areas (Garland, Denton, Arlington, Mesquite, Duncanville, Irving, and Plano), it forms the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, which is the largest city in Texas and the ninth largest in the United States.

Dallas Attractions and Entertainment
The Dallas Zoo, with its 8,000 enclosures, houses approximately 380 species of animals. Eighty of these are African, including tapirs and anteaters. A giraffe greets visitors at the entrance. Adult admission is $15, seniors and children aged 3 to 11 are $12, and children under 3 are free.

The Dallas World Aquarium boasts a diverse collection of aquatic life, including rare manatees, octopuses, jellyfish, crocodiles, sharks, and much more. Tickets range from $15 to $21.

Six Flags Over Texas is a park with over 100 attractions, including numerous family shows and children’s activities. Glow In The Park features light and sound shows. Tickets start at $57.

The Arboretum and Botanical Garden boasts 66 hectares of diverse gardens and groves that will impress every visitor. It hosts outdoor festivals, concerts, and educational events.

Dallas Museums
The Dallas Museum of Art houses over 23,000 works of art, spanning from antiquity to the present day. The museum displays works by famous artists such as Édouard Manet and Paul Gauguin. Touring the permanent exhibition is free.
