Val di Sole ski resort

There are places on Earth that seem to have been created for certain purposes. For example, the valley of Val di Sole in the Dolomites is an ideal place for fans of mountain skiing. Why exactly her? Everything is simple. This picturesque valley, located on the slopes of the Dolomites of Brenta, is covered with snow, washed by the sun and framed by mountains.

All conditions for winter recreation are created here, regardless of the chosen sport. Even if skiing is not on the list preferred, Val di Sole can bring a great mood thanks to its beautiful landscapes, cozy restaurants and bars, as well as hospitable hotels.

The Val di Sole valley stretches for 42 kilometers from Mostidzolo to Passo Tonale, and on its territory there are two nature reserves: Adamello Brenta and Stelvio. This place is suitable for those engaged in almost any winter sport, and also offers a wide selection of evening entertainment.

166 kilometers of various tracks, from professional to beginners, are available in this area for skiers of any level. There are 63 lifts of various types, which is quite enough to provide a comfortable gurney for everyone. Cross-country skiers will also find their tracks here: 53 kilometers specially designed for them.

A lot of attention is also paid to children’s skiing: children’s skiing schools are numerous here and have an excellent reputation both among specialists and among parents. From the age of four, children are taught alpine skiing skills, and small groups of children in multi-colored overalls successfully master simple routes, so that eventually they will join the ranks of professionals and, possibly, become outstanding alpine skiers.
